
The Southern Africa Student Union (SASU) is a regional organization representing hundreds of students across the SADC region through 15 National Student Unions and numerous Student Representative Councils (SRCs).

The All-Africa Students Union (AASU) is the largest and most influential student movement in Africa, uniting students across the continent—from basic education to higher learning institutions. Since its founding in 1972, AASU has expanded its presence to all 54 African countries, making it the umbrella organization for all African students.

The Zimbabwe National Students Union is the biggest students union in Zimbabwe that represents students in higher education and it is guided by the principles of academic freedom

The Swaziland National Union of Students is a membership-based organisation of students in all higher institutions of learning in Swaziland. It seeks to create a student movement and geared to confront the socio economic and political challenges of the country.

It was established to provide student activists across Southern Africa with critical resources and protection to make sure their voices are not silenced.
